30 Days to Fit–Day 3

Day three was a bit rough… not because I was tempted to eat bad stuff, but because I was trying to get my milk supply back up. I guess I wasn’t eating enough calories to produce enough milk for Ethan, so I ate a bit more and drank a LOT more and I think we’re back to normal now.

The good news is my back is feeling so much better, so I think I’ll be able to do more activity which will help offset the additional calories I have to eat for my milk. It’s all a science and every body is different. I encourage you to figure out what works for your body when it comes to health and fitness.

Today’s Menu:

Herbal detox tea, half fizzie tab

Breakfast–2 scoops vanilla protein, 1 TBS Coconut oil (for a healthy does of good fat!) Arbonne fiber boost, frozen strawberries and blackberries

Lunch–Half sandwich, 2 cuties, cheese stick, apple (there is a pattern here! I tend to eat the same thing nearly everyday!)

Snack–pinto beans and ham (my mother-in-law, who watches Ethan on Wednesdays was kind enough to feed my lunch and my “snack” a small bowl of warm and delicious beans and ham!)

Dinner–Chocolate protein shake, Laughing Cow cheese wedge with pretzels

Herbal detox tea (I even got Cody to try the tea tonight, since he had a sore throat!)

WATER, WATER, WATER!!! (The average person does not drink enough water by far. You should get at least a gallon a day and that is if you’re not exercising or breast-feeding)
