Day 2 went great!
I do need to keep an eye on my milk supply since I am still breast feeding Ethan. It was low tonight, and it may be caused by not eating enough calories. I’m going to monitor it and see if I need to incorporate more healty snacks between meals and shakes!

Breakfast– herbal detox tea with one fizzie tab (more on that product this week!) 2 scoops chocolate protein, 1 TBS peanut butter, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 scoop fiber plus
Lunch–Shake, with half butternut squash
Snack–2 fit chews, 2 cutie oranges, cheese stick
Dinner–Sandwich (I was on the go!) Apple
